Sarpy County authorities say a 17-month-old boy has died, one day after he was pulled from a backyard swimming pool in LaVista.
The sheriff's office says Kingston Goracke of Papillion died at Children's Hospital Monday night. Emergency crews were called to a home near 104th Street and Giles Road around 12:30 p.m. Sunday.
Family members were doing CPR on the child. Paramedics then took over and rushed him to the hospital.
