Boswell's Attorneys Request Change Of Venue

Murder suspect Bailey Boswell is facing another charge. She is facing a conspiracy to commit murder as well as the original first degree murder charge and improper disposal of human remains.

Judge Vicky Johnson also decided that Boswell will not have to be shackled and she is allowed to wear civilian clothing at her trial in October that is scheduled to be held in Saline County.

Boswell's attorneys requested a change of venue ahead of her murder trial. Her attorneys want that trial to be moved as well have certain testimony restricted.

The judge took the request under consideration.

Boswell is accused of killing Sydney Loofe of Lincoln in November of 2017.

Aubrey Trail was convicted last month with first degree murder in Loofe's death. He is awaiting sentencing. Trail's trial was held in Saline County.
