There were scary moments for a group of Papillion boys Tuesday afternoon. They were heading to the First Street Plaza splash pad when someone with an air soft gun opened fire and shot at them between 20 and 25 times.
13 year old Aaron Streeter tells 6 News that they were waiting for a light to turn green when someone in a pickup started shooting at them. Aaron was shot in the knee and two of his friends were hit in the head and chest. The boys were not injured.
After a weekend of violence in Ohio and Texas, Aaron says he will try not to be paranoid but that is difficult.
Police are looking for a new dark silver or gray newer pickup. If anyone has information about this incident they are encouraged to call police.
