A new month means new streaming options on all your favorite services, anyone can get you a list of titles. I like to add recommendations for things people will enjoy.
CLICK HERE for everything coming to Netflix in August. A few things I'd suggest would be Jackie Brown. The 1997 follow-up to Pulp Fiction is probably the least appreciated Quentin Tarantino film. If you enjoy his work, check that out. The first six Rocky movies join the streaming giant in August, for a recap of the franchise from Chris Baker and myself CLICK HERE.
CLICK HERE for everything coming to Hulu in August. Personally, I'd lean back and watch the Mel Brooks comedy Robin Hood: Men in Tights. Just as funny as some of his other work, never gets put on the same level as those though. On the 23rd, Mission: Impossible - Fallout hits Hulu. Not only was the sixth installment one of the best Mission: Impossible movies ever, this was one of the best movies of 2018, period. Check it out!
CLICK HERE for everything coming to Amazon Prime in August. My big pick here would have to be A Simple Favor, debuting August 21st. The murder-mystery starring Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick is darkly comedic, slick, and kept me guessing until the very end. A fun movie that I championed throughout the back half of last year.
