The man accused of killing Kayviaun Nelson in April of 2018 at the Irvington Walmart is sentenced up to 115 years in prison.
A judge sentenced Marcus Wheeler to 70 to 100 years for second degree murder and 7 to 15 years for a weapons conviction.
Nelson was in her car when she was shot and killed at 99th and Blair High Road.Nelson's infant was in the vehicle with her at the time.
