Man Charged With Arson After Spending Months In Hospital

A man who spent months in a hospital after a house fire at 37th and Himebaugh is now in the Douglas County Corrections Center. 66 year old Carl Bohm is charged with 1st Degree Arson. Police say Bohm was released and booked on Thursday.

The fire happened on February 25th. Omaha police were called to assist firefighters. Two victims were taken to a hospital with injuries connected to the fire. The suspect was also taken to a hospital with injuries.

The other two victims were identified as 57 year old Janet Bohm and 19 year old Amanda Bohm. The investigation into the incident continues.
