Lincoln Regional Center Employee Charged With Sex Abuse

A security supervisor at the Lincoln Regional Center is accused of having a sexual relationship with a patient.

Records show that 36 year old Chalice Closen was accused when a patent saw her kiss another patient in her office at the Regional Center. The patient later told a Nebraska State Patrol Investigator that Closen had been flirting with him when he was committed in February of 2018.

Closen is charged with felony sexual abuse of a protected person. The Department of Health and Human Services reports that Closen last worked at the facility since January of 2015. She was last reported there on May 16th.
