Seven People Killed In Wrong-Way Car Crash In Georgia

Seven people were killed in a multi-car accident on a Georgia highway. A Ford Excursion was traveling north on Interstate 85 when it crossed over the median and struck a Chevrolet van traveling south. The Chevrolet then struck a Ford E350 van in the right lane.

There were four adult males in the Chevrolet, and they were all pronounced dead at the scene. There were two adults and four children in the Excursion. Both adults and a three-year-old child were killed in the crash. Three of the children were injured, and one of them is listed in critical condition.

The passengers in the E350 were not hurt. Two other cars suffered minor damage due to the debris from the crash.

Authorities have not said why the For Excursion crossed into the southbound lanes and are investigating the crash. They have not released the identities of the deceased victims.
