Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein has been arrested and is expected to arraigned in New York court on charges of sex trafficking. Epstein is accused of trafficking underage girls between 2002 and 2005.

Epstein was accused of paying girls for sexual massages in Florida a decade ago. He agreed to a plea deal and avoided a lengthy prison term. He was facing life in prison but was only sentenced to 13 months in jail. He was also required to register as a sex offender.

The Daily Beast reports that the new charges allege that Epstein paid dozens of underage girls for "massages." He would then sexually assault them in his New York City mansion or at his home in Florida. Some of the girls were just 14-years-old and even helped recruit other girls who were abused by Epstein.

He is expected to be charged with one count of sex trafficking of minors and one count of conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking of minors. If convicted, he faces a maximum of 45 years behind bars.
