What To Stream in July

A new month means new streaming options on all your favorite platforms: Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime.

CLICK HERE for what's new on Netflix this month. The obvious recommendation here is season three of Stranger Things. But, aside from that. Netflix has been getting more and more into cooking shows and this month sees the debut of a show titled "The Taco Chronicles" which is all about different tacos around the globe. That debuts July 12th. And, one of my favorite shows on TV returns on July 19th. Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. The bite-sized Jerry Seinfeld show returns with more guests as Seinfeld chauffeurs them around and the two chat over a cup of coffee. It's insightful, funny, and at times pointless.

CLICK HERE for everything premiering on Hulu in July. Hulu sees a ton of classic movies hitting the scene. Con Air (yes, it's a classic), The Silence of the Lambs (one of eight perfect movies ever created), and the first five Rocky films. Reservoir Dogs if you're looking to binge some Tarantino movies before Once Upon a Time in Hollywood hits theaters. The big recommendation from me would be the NASA documentary Apollo 11. It's one of the best movies to come out this year and if you subscribe to Hulu you can watch it starting on July 20th, the 50th anniversary of the moon landing.

CLICK HERE for the new movies on Amazon Prime. Definitely the runt of the litter this month, Amazon Prime will see Gone Baby Gone hit the streaming service on the 12th. Great movie if you've never seen it, a little bit of a tough watch at times, but it pays off. The 23rd sees the premiere of two movies released in 2019. The Matthew McConaughey and Anne Hathaway thriller Serenity. It's a great bad movie if you're into that sort of thing. And Hellboy. The reboot of the comic character saw terrible reviews and if you decided to wait until it was "free" to check it out, July 23rd is your chance.
