A lot of work will be done outside Children's Hospital and Medical Center over the weekend.
On Saturday, construction teams will place the framework of the sky-walk that will connect Children's outpatient clinics in the Specialty Pediatric Center to their Indian Hills East Building. The sky-walk will help hospital teams more safely and efficiently between patient care areas and work spaces.
Children's Hospital would also like to show their appreciation to the community as their construction process continues. A small section of 84th Street between Indian Hills Drive and West Dodge Road will be partially closed from Friday at 7 p.m. through Sunday, June 30th. Traffic will remain as normal on 84th Street south of Indian Hills Drive as well as lanes from Indian Hills Drive to Dodge Street. 84th Street will reopen to traffic on Monday.
