Vehicles Collide at 16th and Mike Fahey

Omaha police were called to 16th and Mike Fahey Street around noon Thursday after a two car collision.

Police say a Chevy Trailblazer driven by 78 year old Forrest Ueding of Omaha was heading south when an eastbound Jeep Laredo ran a stop sign and t-boned his vehicle.

That caused Ueding's vehicle to roll. Ueding was taken to a hospital with chest injuries.

The driver of the Jeep, 29 year old John Frans of Omaha was not hurt but was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.
