A woman is in extremely criticial condition after a two vehicle crash just before 8:00 Tuesday morning near 84th and Platteview.
Investigators say the woman was driving a grey Honda four door and was stopped west bound on Platteview Road at the stop sign. They say she tried to make a left turn to go south on 84th Street when it was struck by a black Volkswagen.
The woman in the Honda was transported to an Omaha hospital with critical, life threatening injuries. The woman driving the Volkswagen was not injured.
No names have been released and the accident remains under investigation.
