The Sarpy County Attorney's Office released information on a collision April 6th at 21st Street and Cornhusker Highway in Bellevue.
That accident resulted in the death of two individuals on a motorcycle, 39 year old Jason Burgess and 29 year old Megan Burgess.
The other vehicle involved in the collision was a truck driven by 16 year old Brian Cushman. Cushman was not injured.
After a review of evidence in the case, no criminal charges will be filed.
