The man who caused a shoot-out with a La Vista police officer last October is sentenced to 20 to 40 years in prison.
Police were called to investigate a disturbance. That is when Jonathan Grund pulled out a gun and started shooting at police. The officer fired back as Grund ran through a neighborhood. No one was hurt.
Grund said at his sentencing that his actions were wrong and he deserved his time behind bars.
