Roads Possibly Closing Due To More Flooding

The Iowa Department of Transportation warns that several roads in danger of flooding could close.They include:

I-29 between Highway 34 and the Missouri Border

I-29 at Honey Creek

I-680

The I-29 exit at Nebraska City is again closed. There is water over the ramps in both the north and southbound lanes.

There is also a barricade up on the Highway 2 bridge at Nebraska City.

Those traveling should check with Iowa 511 before heading out.
