A high speed chase, a shooting and arrests in Council Bluffs Monday.
It started Monday morning in Omaha when a vehicle was stolen. The vehicle was spotted around 5 p.m. by friends of the owner.
A witness told 6 News, "It was like a demolition derby going on between a blue car and a black Nissan and all of a sudden somebody started shooting."
Police arrived at 9th Ave. and South Main Street around 5:20 and confirmed that a man in the Nissan was shot and taken to a hospital in critical condition. It is not yet known how many shots were fired but police did say all the parties were cooperative.
Further details of the situation have not yet been released.
