The Iowa State Patrol says a 41 year old Lincoln man died in a crash while trying to elude law enforcement.
The patrol says it happened around 11:30 Thursday night just off I-35 north of Ames. Investigators say Justin Meyering lost control of a 2003 Ford Mustang on a curve at a high rate of speed and rolled.
Meyering was pronounced dead at the scene. It's not known why Meyering was trying to get away from troopers.
