The fugitive Task Force arrested 27 year old Dominique Moody who escaped from the Community Corrections Center in Lincoln on February 17th. He was arrested at his home in Lincoln
Moody was serving a six to nine year sentence for burglary. His parole eligibility date was scheduled for this August.
Moody was arraigned Tuesday on a charge of escape. He will be returned to the custody of the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services on May 2nd.
CCC-L is one of two community custody facilities operated by the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services. Community custody is the lowest custody level and the least restrictive. Inmates are allowed to participate in work opportunities, attend school and religious services with prior approval and without direct supervision.
