Omaha police say a motorcyclist was killed died after crashing on I-480 near downtown Monday evening.
Police say the 2001 Harley-Davidson was westbound on I-480 around 6:00 p.m. when the driver lost control on the curve to northbound Highway 75.
The motorcycle left the road and the driver was thrown off. 56-year-old Tony Nunn of Omaha died at a hospital. Police say he was wearing a DOT approved helmet.
