One person has died following a crash along the North Freeway in Omaha. Police were called to the northbound lanes near the Lake Street exit just after 1 a.m.
The crash involved a white car and a dark SUV. One vehicle struck the concrete median. The other ended up hitting a light pole and rolled off the side of the road.
Police have not yet released any details about the crash or identified the person killed. The northbound lanes of Highway 75 were closed for several hours as police investigated the scene.
