Omaha Police have arrested two men in connection with a shooting at 61st and Seward Street on Sunday that injured a young girl.
Officers were called around 2:45 Sunday afternoon and found that a house had been hit by gunfire. A short time later a juvenile female arrived at the hospital seeking treatment for a leg wound. She is recovering.
Gang Unit officers located the suspect vehicle, a maroon Buick, and made the arrests. 22 year old Andre Rollie has been booked for First Degee Felony Assault, Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony, Possession of a Gun by a Prohibited Person and a felony warrant for shoplifting.
27 year old Jamario Jarvis has been booked for Accessory to a Felony and Possession of a Gun by a Prohibited Person.
