Inmate Missing From Omaha Correctional Facility

Authorities say an inmate is missing from the Community Corrections Center-Omaha. Adrian Rodriguez was reported missing at 9:00 a.m. Saturday when he failed to return to the facility from his place of employment.

Omaha has one of two community custody facilities operated by Nebraska Department of Correctional Services. Community custody is the lowest custody level and the least restrictive facility. Inmates are allowed to participate in work opportunities, attend school and religious services with prior approval and without direct supervision.

Rodriguez is serving a three year sentence for 3rd degree assault of a police officer. His tentative release date is scheduled for May 9. Rodriguez is 26-years old, 6’3”, 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with knowledge of Rodriguez’ whereabouts is asked to call 911.
