An Omaha man is recovering after he told police his teenage daughter stabbed him Wednesday night. Two Omaha Police officers were on patrol at 48th and Sahler around 9:30 p.m. when a vehicle pulled up next to them.
The passenger in the vehicle, 36 year old Ronald Gooden, advised that he had been stabbed by his teenage daughter nearby. Officers requested a rescue squad and Gooden was taken to Nebraska Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Officers found his daughter. She was transported her to the Douglas County Youth Center where she was booked for Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony and 2nd-Degree Felony Assault.
