An Order for Partial Release of Mandatory Evacuation Order was issued today by the Mills County Board of Supervisors and Mills County Emergency Management.The Partial Release area includes the unincorporated areas from Mills County/Pottawattamie County Line south to Allis Road between the West face of the Loess Hills to the East and the Missouri River to the West.
