Omaha Police have arrested for the murder of 18 year old Elijah Foster on February 5th.
26 year old James Sawyer and 27 year old Adonus Moses were taken into custody on Friday and booked for First Degree Murder, two counts of Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony, First Degree Assault, Use of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person and Discharging a Firearm from a Vehicle.
Officers were called to the 44th and Ellison around 5:30 P.M. that night after a shooting was reported. They found found Foster dead at the scene. A second victim, 20 year old Erica Robinson, was found injured nearby with gunshot wounds. She was hospitalized and is expected to recover.
