UNO spokesman Sam Petto tells NewsRadio 1110 KFAB the dome was not open at the time, so there were no injuries. Petto says the university will look into options for repair, if possible, on Monday.
Petto says they don't know specifically what caused the collapse, but the wind and weight of the snow from Saturday's storm are possible factors. The dome previously housed the Chili Greens indoor golf facility.
