Inmate Missing From Lincoln Facility

An inmate from a Lincoln prison facility has been reported missing.

Nebraska prison officials say authorities were notified about an inmate missing from the Community Corrections Center-Lincoln on Sunday. They say 27 year old Dominique Moody was discovered missing at around 4:30 Sunday afternoon, with law enforcement being notified shortly thereafter.

The facility is one of two community custody facilities operated by the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services and is the lowest custody level and the least restrictive facility. Inmates are allowed to participate in work opportunities, attend school and religious services with prior approval and without direct supervision.

Moody is serving six to nine years for burglary, with a tentative release date of August of 2021 and parole eligibility in August of this year. he is described as a black male, 5’6”, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with knowledge of Moody’s whereabouts is asked to contact local authorities or the Nebraska State Patrol.
