Another arrest has been made in the shooting death of Brian Faeller last month at the Pheasant Ridge Apartments near 36th and Highway 370.
21 year old Brandon Freemont of Council Bluffs was arrested Friday.He will be charged with murder and conspiracy to commit robbery.Investigators say Freemont was at the apartment building when the shooting happened.
Two others, 18 year old Dakota Pirruccello and 18 year old Sadie Grant have already been charged in Faeller's death.
