Former Nebraska Public Service Commissioner a former Nebraska Democratic Party state chair has suffered a stroke according to her family.
She suffered the stroke on Monday. Mrs. Boyle is the wife of Douglas County Commissioner and former Omaha Mayor Mike Boyle.
According to a brief statement from the family Boyle is on hospice at home.
The statement noted that "the family appreciates the thoughtful wishes and requests privacy during this time."
