Arrest Made In Bellevue Murder

An arrest has been made in the January 15th shooting death of 23 year old Brian Faeller-Crom.

Bellevue Police say eighteen year old Dakota Pirruccello was arrested in Omaha Wednesday night and booked into the Sarpy County Jail. He is facing charges of First Degree Murder, Robbery and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony.

Last Tuesday, Bellevue Police were called to an apartment at the Pheasant Ridge Apartments near 36th and Highway 370 for reports of a shooting. There, officers located Faeller-Crom suffering from a single gunshot wound. He was transported to Nebraska Medicine where he was declared dead.

Before the arrest, Bellevue Police told 6 News that there had been a lot of chatter on social media with speculation on who shot and killed Faeller.

Authorities say a Crime Stoppers tip brought them to look at Pirruccello as a suspect.
