Omaha Police are on the hunt for a dangerous hit-and-run driver who they say hit a police vehicle Thursday afternoon.
Authorities say John Burghardt rammed officers who were in an unmarked police car near 43rd and Binney. Police are warning people to be cautious as Burghardt is believed to be armed.
In social media posts by Omaha Police, they say Burghardt was last seen in a stolen truck, pictured below.
