A woman shot last week inside a home at Childs Road and Hickory Circle in Bellevue has died. Brenda Henderson's boyfriend, David Clark will now be charged with her murder.
The call came in last Thursday and it was first reported as an accidental shooting. There were two children inside the home at the time. Clark was booked for domestic assault and for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Charges will now be upgraded to murder. His bond for the first set of charges was set at $2 million. Clark remains behind bars.
