Deacon Tim McNeil , chancellor of the Omaha Archdiocese says the list of 38 names and church assignments of those members of the clergy who had a substantiated case of sexual misconduct against them was released Friday. Though not required to release the names, McNeil says it was in an effort for transparency and that none of those listed are still serving within the Archdiocese.
