An Omaha woman is recovering after suffering multiple gunshot wounds in a Monday night shooting in Midtown.
Omaha Police responded to the area of 38th Avenue and Frances just after 11:30 to investigate a report of shots fired. When officers arrived they located 25 year old Makayla Murry who was transported to Nebraska Medicine in critical condition. Her injuries are believed to be non-life threatening at this time.
