An Iowa man has been arrested and charged with the murder of his grandmother in Monona County over the summer.
According to the Iowa Department of Public Safety, co-workers of Cheryl Stowe contacted the Monona County Sheriff's Office on June 26 to request a welfare check because she didn't show up for work.
