Douglas County authorities have identified the woman killed in a crash near 245th and Q Friday afternoon.
Investigators say 59 year old Tammi Croy of Sarpy County was driving her car westbound around 1:30 when she crossed the center line and into the eastbound lane where she was struck head-on by an eastbound tandem trailer dump truck.
The car then went off the side of the road and collided with trees. The dump truck went off the opposite side of the road and rolled onto the driver's side, separating the second trailer.
The dump truck driver, 66 year old Gary Crawford, did not sustain any injuries.
