Metro families are invited to Midtown Crossing on Saturday for the first look at 'Miracle on Farnam' on Saturday afternoon.
There will be a full schedule of family fun in conjunction with the 2018 debut of Miracle on Farnam. Midtown Crossing’s holiday tradition will showcase 23 storefront window displays planned by local nonprofits, students and individual artists. Spokesperson Amanda Lustgraaf says the displays are an ode to days gone by. "These 23 window creators are transforming the window displays along Farnam Street into beautiful holiday displays, much like you might have seen years back in department store windows."
The displays will be open for veiwing all day and from 3:00 PM till 5:00 PM, there will be family activities inside the businesses complete with Santa and Mrs. Claus. At dusk will be the lighting of the trees and landscaping throughout Turner Park.
