An investigation is underway after a suspicious house fire in South Omaha.
Omaha Fire officials say crews were called to the raised ranch home near 20th and A streets around 10:00 Monday night. The utilities were off and the home was partially secured at the time of the fire. Fire crews fought the fire from the exterior and interior, quickly extinguishing the flames.
The blaze caused over $15,000 in damage and was deemed suspicious. Investigators are asking for anyone with information to call 402-444-FIRE.
