An Endangered Missing Advisory has been issued for 73 year old Harry Franklin Bartlett of Lincoln. Lincoln Police are asking for the public's help in finding Bartlett. He is 73 years old, 5'5", and 160 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a black coat, dark hat, blue pants and brown shoes. He was driving a tan 1995 Buick Century 4 door with Nebraska license SML-801. It has a broken left tail light and rust on fenders.
Bartlett is possibly en route to St. Louis. He suffers from a mental disability, vascular dementia and other medical problems. He left under unexplained circumstance without necessary medication and was last seen at 2:00 p.m. on October 11th.
