Council Bluffs police are looking for a man who they say shot and killed another man Sunday afternoon.
Police were called to a house on Park Ave. for a shooting just before 3 p.m. When they arrived, they found 21 year old Devon Theison on the front porch with a gunshot wound to the head. He later died at the hospital.
Witnesses said the victim was involved in a disturbance with the suspect, 69 year old Kenneth Still. They said Still grabbed a shot gun from inside the residence and fired one round, striking Theisen.
Still left the scene in a green 2000 Nissan Xterra. Arrest warrants have been issued for Still for first-degree murder and felon in possession of a firearm.
He is considered armed and dangerous and anyone with information should call 911.
