One person died in a Plattsmouth apartment complex fire crews responded to a fire Saturday night. The call came out just after 9 p.m. for a fire at South Park Apartments off 10th Street, a senior housing facility.
Cass County officials had to call in more help from other departments nearby. The apartments were immediately evacuated, and one person was found dead.
The circumstances of the death are unknown, as well as the identity of the person.
