A health aid from the Bellevue school district has been arrested for sexually assaulting a child. 48 year old Rosie Davis was arrested by Bellevue Police Friday afternoon on three counts of sexual assault of a child and taken to the Sarpy County Jail.
Police say on September 12 a man reported to police he was sexually assaulted while he attended CHAP school between 2012 and 2014. The man says he was involved in a sexual relationship with a school health aide when he was a 14 to 16 year old student at CHAP School.
The victim reported the sexual contact took place at several locations, including CHAP School.
After receiving information from police, the Bellevue School District placed Davis on administrative leave. The district also confirms Davis has been an employee since December of 2002 and has been a health paraprofessional at CHAP School since August of 2006.
