A big time pot bust has landed two men in jail.  The Sarpy County Sheriff's Office made a traffic stop around 2:30 Wednesday morning on I-80 south of the Harrison/Giles exit.

A deputy conducting the traffic stop began investigating and, with assist from a Douglas County K-9, discovered nearly 1,000 pounds of marijuana.  It was in vacuum-sealed bags in 16 different boxes according to Sarpy County Sheriff's Lt. Greg Monico.

"This is the largest seizure in Sarpy County history," Monico says.  The street value of the pot is nearly $5 million.

The driver and passenger, 20 year old David Price of Georgia and 20 year old Ronald Morton of Texas, were arrested for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver.
