Former Millard Educator Pleads No Contest To Sexual Assault Charges

A former Millard South assistant principal pleaded no contest to trying to have a sexual relationship with a student in court on Monday.

Matthew Fedde was last in court in January. He was fired after being arrested and charged with two counts of sexual assault of a child in the first degree.

Fedde withdrew his not guilty pleas on Monday, and pleaded no contest to two counts of attempted sexual assault of a child. Both are still felonies. He is scheduled for sentencing on Dec. 21.
