Osborne Inducted Into Husker Hall Of Fame

One of the greatest Huskers ever has just added a new title to his name. On Friday, former head coach Tom Osborne was inducted to the elite Husker Hall of Fame.

Osborne, who served as head football coach for Nebraska for 25 years, was one of the 2018 Nebraska Athletics Hall of Fame inductees, a class that has included coaches for the first time ever.

"Well, if you live long enough, sometimes they put you in these things. It's very nice because this is a, something where you're chosen by people who know you," Osborne said.

Coach Osborne and the hall of fame class will be recognized after the first quarter of the Nebraska game against Colorado on Saturday. Darin Erstad, Peaches James, Sarah Pavan, Mike Rozier, Tom Schlesinger and Coach Bob Devany were the other members of the 2018 hall of fame class inducted on Friday.
