A South High School student was taken to the hospital after being struck by a car near 23rd and J Street around 7:45 Wednesday morning.
OPS officials say during the morning school drop-off, the student was hit by another student's vehicle. Fire and rescue personnel arrived and transported the student to the hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The student was accompanied to the hospital by her parent.
