Omaha Police are investigating an early morning shooting. It happened around 2 A.M. at 28th and Spencer.
Investigators say family members found the victim, who suffered a head wound. He was hospitalized in serious condition. His name has not been released.
Police were alerted to the shooting in that area through the "Shotspotter" technology.
Reportedly, there was a large crowd at the scene, and police have been interviewing witnesses. Anyone with information is asked to call Omaha Crimestoppers at 444-STOP.
