One person is behind bars, and another is on the run after a pursuit around 12:30 this morning went from Omaha into Council Bluffs.
Omaha Police pulled over a pick up, and after a check of the license plates, found it to be reported stolen. The truck sped away from that stop, a chase began, but was terminated by police command officers.
The truck was then found in a ditch along the Veterans' Memorial Highway and So. 36th St. in the Bluffs. Police say the driver fled; a female passenger was arrested.
