A Dodge County inmate has escaped from the Work Ethic Camp in McCook.
Officials say just after 7:00 Sunday night, 25 year old Aaron Schlieker escaped from the minimum security facility. The Work Ethic Camp allows inmate to work in the community with intermittent supervision.
Schlieker is described as a white male, 6’1”, 195 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing khaki pants, a gray sweatshirt and gray beanie hat. Schlieker was sentenced to three to five years on one count of Burglary in Dodge County. His tentative release date is April 19, 2020 with parole eligibility next year.
Anyone with information into Schlieker’s whereabouts is asked to contact police or the Nebraska State Patrol.
